Israeli aggression denounced by Foreign Relations Committee

The Committee of Foreign Relations at the People's Assembly chaired by Mustafa Al-Fiqi denounced the Israeli practices that have exceeded all human and international norms. The committee, also denounced the aggressions on schools and terrifying the innocent people by using destructive weapons of war.

This came in a statement issued yesterday by the committee, in which the committee stressed that Israel was attempting to subdue and humiliate Palestinian people.

The committee held the Israeli government fully responsibile for the deterioration of conditions unprecedently.

The committee stressed the necessity of rallying all efforts in such very sensitive, deeply intricate circumstances.

It called for halting simultaneously the bloodshed in the occupied territories in Palestine.

The committee, also, called upon Israel to abide by international legitimacy, UN relevant resolutions, and the agreements it had inked to resume negotiations so as to realize comprehensive and just peace that is based upon the right of Palestinians to establish their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.
