Al-Shara reviews with Straw developments, conditions in the Palestinian territories

The Syrian Foreign minister Farouk al-Shara on Wednesday evening in New York met with the British foreign minister Jacque Straw. Discussions dealt with regional and international developments taking place in the occupied Palestinian territories.

The meeting was attended by the director of private offices at the Syrian foreign ministry Muwafaq al-Nassar and the charge de affairs of the Syrian permanent delegation to the UN Dr. Faisal al-Miqdad.

Discussions also dealt with following up the visit held by the British prime minister Tony Blair to Syria, recently.
