Tennis: Morocco's Bahia Mouhtassine Wins Dream Land Tournament in Cairo

Moroccan tennis player Bahia Mouhtassine won Sunday the Dream Land Tournament ITF women's circuit in Cairo after she defeated in the final Slovak Gabriela Volekova in two sets to one 1-6, 6-3, 7-5.

Bahia, Africa's champ and winner of the gold medal at the last September's Mediterranean Games in Tunisia, had defeated in the semi final Russian Maria Kondratieva.

Last week, Bahia participated in the Bolton tournament in Great Britain where she won the final (double) with Russian Nina Goloviz, but she lost the final (single) after she was defeated by Belgian Els Callens.
