International community condemns Israeli practices
United Nations' General Assembly UNGA passed a number of annual resolutions that condemn the Israeli practices against the unarmed Palestinian. The resolutions also call for a just solution for the Palestinian refugees.
Egypt's Permanent Delegate to UN, Ambassador Ahmed Abul Gheit said that the voting for the resolutions reflects the member talks' support to the Palestinians.
Abul Gheit said that Egypt was subjected to a number of terrorist attacks, yet the government and the society overcame these difficulties. Egypt has repeatedly warned against the danger of error.
The international community did not show sincere desire to combat terrorism.
Egypt also warned the west to take legal procedures against the terrorists who take shelter in their territories but no action was taken till the Sept. 11 attacks on New York and Washington.
