Emir of Bahrain confers with Arafat

The ruler of Bahrain Sheikh Hamad Bin Issa al-Khaleifa and the chairman of the Palestinian Authority Yasser Arafat on Monday in al- Manama discussed latest developments on the Palestinian arena and current international conditions.

The Akhbar al- Khaleij ( Gulf News) daily quoted Sheikh Hamad as stressing on Tuesday his country's unwavering support to the Palestinian question to enabling the Palestinians restoring back their legitimate and national rights and the establishment of their independent state on their own native soil with Jerusalem as a capital.
