Mubarak meets Italian officials today

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak will arrive in Rome today on a flight visit at the last leg of his European tours, Mubarak's talks with Italian President Carlo Azeglio Ciampi and Prime Minister Silvio Burlusconi will deal with the international situation after the latest attacks against US targets in both New York and Washington.

Mubarak's talks will also touch on the president's propose for convening an international conference for combating terrorism, the Israeli -Palestinian crisis and ways of fostering relations between the two countries in the political, economic commercial and cultural fields.
