Indian- Israeli strategic dialogue

The Indian daily " Hino- Stan Times" said that the advisor for the Israeli national security Ozi Dayan will visit India on the 10th of this month September on top of a delegation including large number of military officials and Israeli intelligence officials with the aims to start a strategic dialogue between Israel and India.

In its Tuesday's issue, the paper indicated that the talks of the Israeli delegation with the Indian officials in New Delhi will deal with the possibility of selling Israeli military and electronic equipment and exchanging intelligence information on what it called terrorism.

The paper indicated that Dayan's visit to India comes following repeated visits held by Indian officials including the Indian ministers of the foreign affairs and the Interior for Israel in the year 2000 and resulted in forming an Israeli- Indian joint work committee to exchange intelligence information and training of cadres from the Indian security.
