Syrian minister of the Interior meets with Ankara governor

The Syrian minister of the Interior Muhammad Harba on Tuesday in Damascus received the governor ( Wali) of Ankara Yahya Ghour and members of the accompanying delegation. The meeting was attended by the governor of Damascus Ghassan al-Laham and the Turkish ambassador in Damascus.

Discussions dealt with bilateral relations between the two " friendly" countries, inspired by the common historical ties.

Harba talked about the qualitative achievements in Syria attained in various political, administrative, scientific and economic fields as an " embodiment to the policy of modernization and development led by President Bashar al-Assad.
