Yemeni president gets a message from Bush

President Ali Abdullah Saleh of Yemen has received a message from the US President George Bush relating to bilateral relations and regional and international developments of mutual interests, foremost being current developments in the region as well as bilateral relations between Yemen and the US and means of strengthening them.

The US under secretary of state for the Middle East affairs William Burns handed over this message during his meeting on Monday with the Yemeni President in Sanaa. Later in the day, Burns left Yemen following a two-day visit.
