Major projects identified as areas for Moroccan-Iranian partnership
An Iranian business delegation, representing the sectors of public works and water and electricity equipment, reviewed in Casablanca on Wednesday with Moroccan businessmen partnership in major projects.
The Moroccan economic operators surveyed the partnership opportunities offered by a number of big projects in Morocco, mainly dams, highways, airports and hotels.
The Iranian party, led by deputy trade minister, Mojtaba Khasro Taj, expounded the Iranian enterprises' international experience and stressed they are ready to explore all partnership prospects with Morocco.
This is the first visit by such a delegation after the visit to Teheran by Morocco's prime minister, Abderrahmane Youssoufi early this year. The two countries had then signed a package of economic cooperation agreements.
