Shebaa maps with Berri

News reports in Beirut said that the Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament Nabih Berri on Monday received additional maps besides those which he has already received stressing deliberately that the Shebaa farms are Lebanese.

These maps are French and date back to the year 1945 and show clearly that the Shebaa farms are among the Lebanese territories. Also among these maps are Syrian maps showing the cease- fire line in 1973 between Syria and Israel, and they also show that Shebaa farms are out of the cease- fire line and inside the Lebanese territories.

Worthy mentioning, Berri had informed the Lebanese and international sides concerned with the maps he has; in addition to the property documents and contracts of these farms. The new maps are but new documents which support the Lebanese position which is committed to the last inch of the Lebanese territories in Shebaa farms.
