Qatar donates 60 vehicles for Lebanese internal security

Qatar will donate 60 vehicles to Lebanon to further boost internal security, Kuwaiti news agency "KUNA" announced quoting Qatari minister of state for interior affairs Sheikh Hamad Bin Nasser Al-Thani.

KUNA says the Qatari official held a meeting end of last week with Lebanese interior minister Elias Al-Murr and informed him that Qatar would donate Lebanon 60 vehicles to enhance internal security nationwide.

The two men also discussed cooperation in security realms and exchanging security information and expertise.

Sheikh Hamad who arrived in Lebanon on Thursday also met president Emile Lahoud, parliament speaker Nabih Barri and prime minister Rafik Hariri.
