French interior minister in Morocco

French minister of the interior, Daniel Vaillant, is expected in Rabat this Monday on a two-day work visit to Morocco at the invitation of his Moroccan peer, Ahmed El Midaoui. The two officials will survey issues falling within the prerogatives of their respective departments with a special focus on cooperation in matters of security and civilian rescue operations, a statement by the Moroccan ministry of the interior said.

Talks will also cover cooperation in the field of local communities and means of easing visa issuing procedures for Moroccans wishing to visit France.
