Libyan- Egyptian committee to meet within days

After an absence of four days, the Libyan- Egyptian joint committee will meet within few days in the Libyan capital Tripoli, as President Hosni Mubarak of Egypt and the Libyan President had agreed during their meeting two weeks ago to revitalize joint work.

Libyan diplomatic sources in Cairo said that several projects will be discussed especially the establishment of a Libyan- Egyptian joint company to carry out the oil and gas pipeline project between Egypt and Libya, agricultural projects, increasing investments and increasing trade exchange average.

It is also decided to sign several executive agreements and programs of the agreement signed between Libya and Egypt. These agreements state cooperation in the areas of health insurance, sea transport and telecommunications.
