Human skulls dates back to the 7th Millennium BC discovered in al-Sharja

A human skull dates back to 7,000 years before the Christ was found at Jabal al-Baheis position in al-Sharja. In the position which represents a settlement for the pre-history age, also were found several skeletons, diamonds and jewelry.

The chairman of the local excavation team Sabah al-Jasem said that the most important discovery concerning the discovered skull, that it was found out after studying it that its owners had a swelling in the brain and he underwent an operation to cut this swelling by using a sharp stone instrument.
