President Hosni Mubarak Monday received a message from Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber AL Ahmad AL Sabah, said Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah AL Ahmad AL Sabah, in statements after meeting President Mubarak.

He added that the message dealt with bilateral relations and the Arab situation in general along with the agenda of the coming Arab summit to be held in Amman, Jordan on March 27-28.

Sheikh Sabah AL Ahmed said his visit to Egypt comes as part of a tour that took him to Damascus and will cover Beirut, Amman and Sanaa.

Answering a question on whether Kuwait would agree that the coming Arab summit would concentrate only on the issue of Palestine rather than inter-Arab differences, Sheikh Sabah said that the Palestine issue, particularly Al-Quads is in the focus of interest of all the Arabs. He noted that Al-Quads belongs not only to the Palestinians but to all the Arabs and Muslims.
