Meanwhile, the Israeli foreign minister Shimon Peres has admitted that the siege imposed on the Palestinian areas had left adverse impact on the life of the Palestinians like shortage in bread and the waters. He said before a group of supporters for Israel in New York that Israel and the palestinian Authority have to work to resume negotiations in order to reach agreements despite the difficulties impeding that.
Peres set four preconditions for attaining that which are: ending the Palestinian Intifada, Israel's alleviating of restrictions imposed on the Palestinians, the two sides abstination from taking measures against each other and to resume the negotiations without prior preconditions.
