King Abdullah visits today the UAE

Jordanian sources said on Wednesday that the Jordanian King Abdullah will today pay a short visit to the United Arab Emirates during which he will meet with the UAE President Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan al-Nahyan and discuss with him current issues and conditions in the Palestinian territories and bilateral relations.

The sources added that this move comes in the course of consultation with the Arab leaders with the objectives of ensuring a success for the Arab summit. King Abdullah's visit to UAE is scheduled to be part of his Gulf tour to maintain consultation and co-ordination with the leaders of the Gulf states on the work agenda of the Amman's forthcoming summit meeting.
