Conference On Oil, Gas In North Africa Convenes In Tunisia
More than 400 oil exploration experts are attending an international conference on oil and gas which started here on Monday.
An exhibition, held on the sidelines of the conference, will witness the participation of 190 Arab, European and international organizations that would display activities of their oil and gas companies.
Participants will discuss a number of issues that highlight the significance of the north African region for the world oil market particularly to the European market which imports nearly 40% gas and oil from the Arab Maghreb countries, says Kuwaiti news agency (KUNA).
