Arafat confers with Larsen

The chairman of the Palestinian Authority PA Yasser Arafat on Sunday evening in Gaza met with the UN special envoy for the ME peace process Terry Larsen. Palestinian sources that the two sides reviewed latest political developments and the international efforts made to protect the peace process. Arafat had also met with the Turkish foreign minister Ismael Cim.

He discussed with him ME peace process developments and conditions in the region. The Israeli radio reported.
