Morocco will defend kingty over entire national territory

Morocco will adamantly defend its sovereignty over the entire national territory, minister of culture and communication Mohamed Achaari affirmed Thursday.

In a post-government council meeting press-briefing, he answered a question on "Polisario" threats against the 2001 Paris-Dakar rally crossing the Moroccan Sahara saying that since the first threats were made, the kingdom clearly stated its stand announcing it was sovereign on its territory and would defend with force its territorial sovereignty.

Besides, the minister went on to say, "Polisario" has accustomed us to this kind of gesticulation at every event of international scale using it for propaganda against Morocco and its territorial integrity. Morocco does not have to reiterate, once more, how it sticks to its stand in the matter, he said.
