Arrest made in recent explosion in Saudi Aarbia

The Saudi daily al-Watan said on Wednesday that the Saudi security forces arrested one American resident in Saudi Arabia at suspects that he is involved in the explosion took place in al-Riyadh on November 18 and 23.

The paper said that the Saudi security authorities are at the meantime investigating the individual, of American nationality and resident in the Kingdom for years in a private sector company, suspected to be involved in the explosions which targeted the British citizens.

The paper stressed that an official at the US embassy in al-Riyadh visited the suspect at the place where he is held on Saturday.

On the other hand, the wife of the British victims who was killed in the first explosion left for Britain to accompany her husband's body while the British who was wounded in the second explosion is still receiving medical treatment at the hospital in al-Riyadh.

Worthy mentioning the two explosions targeted members of the British community and rumors among members of the British community said that " personal reasons" do exist behind the two explosions.
