Youssoufi condemns Israeli ruthless repression against Palestinians

Originally published

Moroccan premier Abderrahmane Youssoufi strongly condemned ruthless repression of Palestinian demonstrations by Israel and blamed violence escalation in the Middle-East on Tel-Aviv.

In a story carried by the Berlin daily "Berliner Zeitung" under the heading "Europeans lack courage," Youssoufi said Israel did not want peace and that Israeli authorities were playing time to perpetuate occupation of Palestinian territories and settlements.

Talking about negotiation and political solution would not make sense as long as the genocide is going on, he said recalling how the youth are massacred on a daily basis for throwing stones at Israeli soldiers. He blamed European countries for lacking the courage to say the truth adding there will be no peace in the Middle-East till Israel pulls back and out of all territories occupied in 1967.
