Investigation clears Spanish trucker from drug trafficking charge
A judge ordered the release of a Spanish trucker who was arrested last Friday in the northern port of Tangiers on charges of drug trafficking.
A load of 7.4 tons of chira was found in the truck in boxes hidden with boxes of red pepper.
According to a judiciary source, there was no evidence that the trucker was involved in the case. The drug was loaded in the truck without his knowing.
