Qaddafi gets a message from Togo's counterpart

Libyan President Muíammar al-Qaddafi on Saturday received a message from President of the republic of Togo, the current President of the Organization of African Unity on peace in the Greater Lakes area.

In his message Togo's President stressed that the Libyan efforts to back the organization and the UN for establishing peace in Congo is welcomed by all sides concerned.
