Lambarki on loan to Qatar's al Ittihad for $ 30,000

Head of the Qatari Football club Al Ittihad, Sheikh Jassem Ben Khalifa Al Thani, said the Moroccan football player Bouchaib Lambarki was on loan to his club for $ 30,000, not $ 60,000 as announced by some Arab media, MAP reported.

Lambarki will play for three months with Al Ittihad, said the club president adding he meant to have Lambarki on the line-up for the Arab Cup of Cup holders taking place in Riyadh but the Arab Football Union would not accept arguing the application was introduced after deadline.

Casablanca's RAJA football club will still get $ 30,000 though its star-player will be on the bench for the Arab Cup matches, Sheikh Jassem said.
