Fatah vows to continue the uprising

The Fatah movement in the occupied Arab territories said in a statement circulated on Wednesday that the Palestinians will not halt al-Aqsa uprising, if the Palestinian government will resume negotiations with Israel.

The Hebrew-language Israeli radio said that the statement called on the Palestinians to be cautious against the Israeli attempts which aim at eliminating the achievements realized for the Palestinians as a result of the eruption of the Intifada (uprising) which will continue regardless to results.

The statement warned against subjugation to the Israeli and American pressures, stressing that the Palestinian people will not give up their legitimate rights, including the establishment of an independent state on their national soil.
