Two messages from Putin to the rulers of Qatar, Bahrain

The Russian deputy foreign minister Vasille Serdin on Wednesday made a series of talks in Doha and al-Manama in which he handed over each of the ruler of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa an Thani and the ruler of Bahrain Sheikh Hamad Bin Issa al-Khaleifa a message from the Russian President Vladimir Putin on the situation in the region and issues of mutual concern.

On Tuesday, Serdin started in Doha a Gulf tour in his capacity as a special representative for the Russian President during which he will hold political talks with the leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Cooperation GCC six member states concerning the situation in the region, the peace process, Iraq and bilateral relations.
