Thuraya satellite to reduce phone call price in Morocco

The Thuraya satellite, which has been launched by Thuraya international group, will entail a cut in phone calls price in Morocco.According to the group, the new $ 1.0 billion satellite will reduce by 40 % of mobile phone call price and help solve network jam.

Most of Arab and European companies, mainly Morocco's Maroc-Telecom, Germany's Detecon and Egypt's Telecom, are linked to the satellite.
