Iraq urges Arafat on rejecting a visit to Washington

Iraq urged the Palestinian President Yasser Arafat not to respond to he invitation of the U.S President Bill Clinton to visit Washington to hold talks that will include the Israeli prime minister. Also, the spokesman of the culture and information ministry said in a declaration broadcasted by the INA that "Iraq considers Clinton's invitation to Arafat as against the Islamic summit conference which will be held in the Qatari capital in 2 weeks."
