Qatar and the relations with Israel

An official at the Qatari delegation to the Arab summit in Cairo said on Sunday in a statement to the London-based al-Hayat daily that the decision ( already issued) on the relations with Israel is not obligatory for the Arab states to cancel these relations because such a decision is determined individually by each state.

He added that when Qatar sees that such a stand ( of boycotting relations with Israel) will be useful for the Palestinians and the Arabs, it will take it.
