Morocco - World Bank cooperation studied

Means to upgrade cooperation between Morocco and the World Bank (WB) were studied Thursday at a meeting here between Moroccan interior minister, Ahmed El Midaoui, and visiting WB vice-president for the Middle-East and North Africa, Jean Louis Sarbib. El Midaoui briefed Sarbib on Morocco's democratization and decentralization process as well as the country's efforts to drain more investments part of the privatization operation.

The two sides also assessed WB-financed projects in Morocco, especially in matters of water and sewage.
