Morocco ready for any action with the Arab states to stop carnage in palestine
The Moroccan government said Thursday it was ready to take, with the other Arab states, "the needed measures" to stop "the abominable carnage" perpetrated by the Israeli army against the Palestinian people.
"We are backing the Palestinian people in this difficult juncture they are going through," Moroccan culture and communication minister, Mohamed Achaari, said Thursday at the end of a government council meeting, chaired by Premier, Abderrahmane Youssoufi.
The government expressed "concern and anger" over the "dangerous escalation" and slammed the "barbarous aggression against the Palestinian people."
On the same day, Morocco called back the head of its liaison bureau in Tel Aviv.
