Kofi Annan arrives at Israel in a visit the Middle East area

Kofi Annan, the U.N secretary general, arrived at Israel in a visit M.E area that comprises areas of the Palestinian self rule areas, Lebanon, Syria and Egypt in an attempt to avoid the escalation of the crisis in M.E area. Annan will hold talks with the Israeli prime ministers Ehud Barak and the Israeli high ranking officials then will head to Gaza to meet the Palestinian preisdent Yaser Arafat to discuss with him the developments in the area, means of ending the confrontations and bringing back the peace process to its right course.
