Israeli official: Palestinian security bodies are behind the fighting's continuation

Shemon Bin Tesreed, the deputy head of Jerusalem muniplicity said "the reason for not committing to the seize fire is the non participation of the Palestinian security bodies in the negotiations and the Palestinian security is the reason behind the battles's continuation." He experssed concern for the events in Gaza and the West Bank and said "I appeal to everyone for self-control" and he expected a success in the U.S - Egyptian communications to stop the military escalation and the Palestinian demonstration.
