King Abdullah confers with Arafat

Jordanian King Abdullah II on Monday met with Palestinian President Yasser Arafat who arrived in Amman earlier in the day.

Talks between the two sides concentrated on means of confronting the grave conditions resulting from the Israeli military escalation and the massacres committed by the Israeli occupation forces against the Palestinian people in the occupied Arab lands and the consequences of this escalation against the developments of conditions in the region.
