Amnesty international submits new human rights education cooperation program to Morocco
Amnesty International has submitted to Morocco a new program to cooperate in human rights education, slated for 200-2009.
The project was presented on Monday by a visiting delegation of the London-based human rights advocacy group in a meeting with Moroccan minister of human rights, Mohamed Aujjar.
"Morocco has expressed readiness to study the project as part of the existing positive cooperation between the Kingdom and the international NGO," says an official statement.
The AI delegation is scheduled to meet several Moroccan associations dealing with human rights issues.
