Arab higher education ministers meet

Arab higher education ministers will hold Wednesday an extraordinary conference to debate education challenges posed to their states. The conference, to be attended by higher education and scientific research officials, will debate the creation of a virtual Arab university.

The project is sponsored by Saudi Prince Talal Ibn Abd al-Aziz, chairman of the Arab Gulf program for backing to United Nations development agencies.
