Delay of international conference to reconstruct south Lebanon

The Lebanese prime minister Salim al-Hoss said yesterday that the conference of the donor countries for reconstructing south Lebanon was delayed to an indefinite date.

He added in press declarations yesterday following his return from New York that the conference of the donor countries will not be convened in time and it will not be convened in coming November due the U.S elections, and positively not before 20th of the coming January the date of the new U.S president's assumption to the power.
