Israel warns Australia that its Olympics delegation many be attacked

Israeli warned the Australian government that her sport participant delegation in the Olympic games might be expose to terrorism.

Australia refused an Israeli demand of sending an armed military delegation to guard the Israeli sport delegation.

Israeli sources told Arabic News that the Israeli Mossad collected information about attempts to hurt the Israeli delegation and that the security informed the Australians with these information, noting that there were efforts by some to destroy a small atomic reactor for peaceful purposes near Sydney as a similar incident, saying that terrorism not only target the Israeli delegation but all the delegations.

The sources criticized Australia's refusal to allow sending an armed delegation with the sports team and they warned of the repetition of what took place in 1972 in Munich (Germany) where 11 Israeli sports men were killed.
