On the relation between Israel and Jordan

Political analysts in Jordan commented on statements made by the Jordanian Prime Minister Ali Abu al-Ragheb on Monday as saying that the Jordanian government will ensure protection for every one who deals economically with Israel by saying: " these statements are a new policy to be pursued by Jordan towards Israel, rather they are aiming at defending the Jordanian- Israeli peace treaty."

The Israeli radio on Tuesday quoted these analysts as saying that the Jordanian government currently seeks to improve its economy through holding joint projects with Israel and through increasing foreign investment in Jordan.
