Syrian citizens compensated for the Gulf war

The Kuwaiti papers on Tuesday published names of Syrian citizens who deserve compensations of the third payment of group C, the second installment whom the UN compensation committee agreed to pay them the remaining of their compensations for their losses during the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait. According to the Syrian embassy in Kuwait, some 1951 Syrians will be given US $ 35 million. Compensation for each citizen is estimated between US $ 7000 to US # 25,000.
