The accord, signed in Rabat by visiting Guinean minister of employment and public office, Lamine Kamara and Moroccan peer, El Houssine Aziz, defines areas of cooperation between the Moroccan department of public service and administrative reform and Guinean department of employment and public service.
The two African countries agree to undertake joint actions in human resources management, exchange expertise in the organization and rationalization of public office structures, management of decentralized sections and decentralized local councils, modernization of administration and exchange of documents and publications and holding of seminars and training for executives.
They also agreed to seek means of financing the projects agreed upon within international cooperation agencies and sponsors.
The Guinean official, who started Monday a week-long visit to Morocco, had separate talks with Moroccan minister of social development, solidarity, employment and vocational training, Khalid Alioua, higher education minister, Najib Zerouali and secretary of State for foreign affairs, Taib Fassi Fihri.
