Salim denies a final agreement between Palestinians and Israelis
Selim El Zaghnoun, head of the Palestinian national and central councils, negated what was said by some Israeli sources that the final agreement between the Palestinians and the Israeli is ready and that it is merely waiting for the three-way summit to be signed.
He stated that the Palestinian delegation is restricted by the limits placed by the Palestinian Central Council which demands not giving up any piece of the Palestinian lands which Israel occupied in 1967 and not giving up the right of the Palestinian refugees' return according to UN Resolution No 194.
He added that, in addition, Palestinian delegation is restricted to not agreeing to Israeli proposals concerning Jerusalem saying that "the three-way summit is a negotiating one and accused the U.S.A of not being neutral as it takes Israel's side."
