Syrian- Jordan joint water projects

The chairman of the Jordanian financial papers commission Bassam al-Saket has called for the establishment of joint water projects between Jordan and Syria under the existing brotherly relations between the two countries.

In an interview with the Jordanian paper al-Arab al-Youm, the Jordanian official said: " our economic relations with Syria is one of Jordan's priorities and that the al-Wahda dam project should be among these priorities since a project as such would contribute to developing the Syrian and Jordanian economy.
