- The monthly report issued by the Arab trade finance program said that the United Arab Emirates signed an agreement contract with Syria in Damascus concerning banning the double taxation in order to encourage, protect and guarantee investments as well as improving economic and investment atmosphere of the two states in general. The report said that the agreement forms the legal frame for contracts and the foundation for dealings between the two private and public sectors in both states.
