MOUTLI'S FINANCIAL BAIL DECREASED TO ONE BILLION

First Investigating Judge in Beirut, Abdel Rahman Shehab, decreased the amount of the financial bail imposed for the release of Environment Ministry's former Director General, Elias Moutli, to one billion Lebanese pounds instead of two billions, the officila news agency reported. It is to note that Moutli is arrested on charges related to public funds' waste.
