Expatriating 4 Palestinian prisoners from Kuwait to Algeria

Palestinian sources revealed that there are Palestinian - Algerian talks to reach an agreement with Algeria to accept hosting 4 Palestinian detainees in Kuwaiti prisons since the gulf war - saying that Algeria agreed on receiving them after being released and expatriated. The Palestinian government is working on issuing Palestinian passports to them after having their document being found invalid so that they could leave the country.
