Hamas and Jihad urge Palestinians to follow Lebanese resistance's path

The Palestinian movements Hamas and the Islamic Jihad congratulated the resistance and the Lebanese people for their victory against Israel.

In two separate statements, the two movements urged the Palestinian people to follow the Lebanese and their Lebanese resistance in their struggle to liberate their land.

Hamas' statement said that this victory assures that rights are regained by struggle, resistance and blood and not by begging.

For its part, the Islamic Jihad urged on backing the resistance forces as being the only choice that bring back the rights and liberate the lands.

At the same time, the spiritual leader of the Palestinian movement Hamas Sheik Ahmed Yassin sent a message to the secretary general of the Lebanese Hizballah in which he congratulated him on the great victory achieved by the Lebanese resistance.
