Turning Khiam prison into a resort

Originally published

The Khiam prison located in the depth of the occupied border strip will turn into a resort to the Lebanese people after being crushed and the Lebanese prisoners who spent more than 17 years in it were released.

The civilians broke its fences and brought out the prisoners on Tuesday afternoon at the beginning of the Israeli withdrawal, then the international Red Cross received the detainees and handed them over to their relatives. This comes as May 25th is declared a Lebanese national day to celebrate liberating Lebanon with officials assurance that the Israeli withdrawal must include the Shebaa farms area.

Meantime, Hizballah confirmed that it would continue its struggle for liberating Shebaa farms as it carried two operations that targeted two Israeli locations inside it for the first time in years.
